Terms of Service
Last updated: July 16, 2026
1. What PolyScore is
PolyScore is an analytics service. It computes reputation scores, risk grades, and derived metrics for public blockchain wallets using publicly available Polymarket trading data. PolyScore does not custody funds, execute trades, issue credit, or intermediate any financial transaction.
2. Acceptance of terms
By accessing the PolyScore website or API you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
3. Not financial advice
Scores, grades, and every other output of the service are informational estimates derived from historical public data. They are not investment advice, credit decisions, solvency assessments, or recommendations to transact with any wallet or person. Past trading performance does not predict future results.
You are solely responsible for any decision you make based on the service, including lending, trading, or counterparty decisions.
4. Data and accuracy
All inputs come from public third-party sources, primarily Polymarket's public data API. Upstream data may be delayed, capped, revised, or wrong, and our methodology involves documented approximations (see the API documentation). The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
5. Acceptable use
You may not: use the service to harass, dox, or defame any person; misrepresent PolyScore outputs as guarantees; attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service; scrape at volumes that degrade the service for others; or use the service where doing so would violate applicable law.
6. API usage
The API is currently free and unauthenticated while in beta. We may introduce authentication, rate limits, or paid tiers at any time. We may throttle or block abusive traffic without notice.
7. Intellectual property
The PolyScore name, mark, website design, scoring methodology descriptions, and documentation are our property. Scores you retrieve through the API may be displayed in your own products with attribution ("Powered by PolyScore").
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolyScore and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any loss of funds, profits, or business, arising from use of the service — including decisions made in reliance on scores. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Third parties
PolyScore is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Polymarket. All product names and marks belong to their respective owners.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, with or without cause. Sections 3, 4, 8, and 9 survive termination.
